Class Structure
All physical education classes include warm-up, stretching, and game play. Warm-up activities usually consist of dynamic stretching to prepare the body for strenuous activity. Depending on the grade level, the main game will focus on the overall goals of the unit and program. Class schedules are as follows:
Kindergarten: M, W
