Pre-k Physical education
Class Structure
All physical education classes include warm-up, stretching, and a main activity centered around our unit's focus. Warm-up activities usually consist of dynamic stretching to prepare the body for more strenuous activity. Class schedules are as follows:
Monday: Monkeys
Wednesdays: Dogs
Fridays: Cats
Pre-k - 30 min once per week
